In reading James Clear’s Atomic Habits, I came across a section where he discussed the supreme importance of performing a habit consistently. It doesn’t matter if you only give 5 minutes to the worst albatross of a task, as long as you did something. Today I’m applying that technique to a few of my most difficult habits, of which blogging is one.
